Join us for 3 days of a mind-expanding, skill-building, and life-changing course. You will gain capacity to connect the power of people, build a sincere and authentic community, and uncover beliefs, emotions and values that guide every interaction.

DAY ONE

Being present to others through focus and mindfulness practice
Managing your ego: Taming your listening villains
Analyzing your tendencies which block deep listening
DAY TWO
WHAT BUILDS CONNECTION?
Telling your story and listening to others
Focusing on abstractions and sub-text
Expanding your analysis of emotions, beliefs and values unspoken
Designing invitational and probing questions
Practicing the counter-strategies to the need to judge, interrogate, story-tell and/or problem solve
